	Surprise Drainage system onto the sidewalk and yard.... A City no-no.
	I let the hose run in the down spout for 3 minutes and water has run over onto the sidewalk and washed over the yard, in freezing weather this will be a nightmare.
	You can see how the water washes. The other issue here is the contractor used perforated drain pipe from thetop of the yard where the solid foundation drainage ended to this location; they must have grabbed the wrong piece. The masons used solid drain pipe. When the city ties into this we will have the same wet sidewalk issues.....they also used a piece of WOVEN silt fence that was lying around to wrap the pipe which will allow the fines and roots to enter and clog the pipe;designed to break down in 6 months and not industry standard. SOLID PVC is needed from solid pipe at the top of the yard through to the sidewalk.

	The City tore up the sidewalk to solve the downspout drainage issue. They didn't strike oil but they did strike the cable company's cable service that runs into my house by way of conduit that we paid the contractor to bury for us at the same time they did the electrical.
	Here is another view of the cable that was burried just below the level of the sidewalk..Actually the contractor tunneled underneath the sidewalk without an excavation permit and later my sidewalk developed sinkholes on either side. "I told you so".
	Here is another view of the problem. The cable and what is left of the conduit is visible and the electrical conduit is just visible at the 6 o'clock.
	I told them not to do it this way and now look.
